Nahaka est un collectif “autour du dub” regroupant divers
artistes tel que :
- Wu.D'Sound ( beatmaker, guitariste )
- Bobby ( batteur )
- MonkeyDidg ( didgeridoo, sax )
- Fiona.P ( chant )
- Charlie ( chant, trompette, clavier )
- WhiteSpiritElPAdré ( Chant, rapeur )
- ou encore les Jamaïcains Isha Bel, Jolly Stewart et Prince
Théo..

C'est en 2017, après avoir passé de nombreuses années à
côtoyer les scènes nationales en tant que technicien et
musicien, que ces passionnés de sound systems, originaires
de Haute Savoie, décident enfin de dévoiler leur projet.
Inspirés par les styles qui les ont marqués, du reggae au
rock en passant par le classique, la musique de Nahaka est
aussi structurée qu'elle n'a pas de limites.

On retrouve Robin (Wu.D'Sound), musicien obstiné depuis
son plus jeune âge, à la guitare, à la basse et/ou au synthé.
Si on ne le voit pas avec un instrument ou hypnotisé par les
pistes qu'il compose, alors c'est qu'il est en haut d'une
montagne.
C'est à la table de mix qu'il prend le contrôle des live de
Nahaka.

Bobby lui, est technicien ambulant et polyvalent.
Geek à ses heures perdues, il ne se sépare de son gaffeur
que pour prendre place derrière sa batterie ou partir au ski.

Cette joyeuse bande de « Piétineurs de Dubstation »
sauront à coup sûr vous faire voyager et skanker comme des
fous !

FIRST STEP est le 1er EP du collectif NAHAKA, regroupant plusieurs titres du groupe et du beat maker WU.D.

Vous pourrez y découvrir un univers dub / steppa avec notamment des collaborations internationales; des artiste Français, Jamaïcains ou encore Nicaraguayen.
