For DJ Alice Stribling, it's not just about the music -  it's about the love, energy and those truly special moments of connection on the dance floor. 

From sneaking out of the house at the tender age of 14 to experience the mixed up genres of the post punk, Industrial queer clubs of ATL to deep loving house experiences from the 90s. And really every exciting musical path you could think of to our current moment in music. Throughout their life, the dance floor has brought them back to their body and beautiful communities again and again. As a trans person, this is powerful.

To them, queering the dance floor means weaving together threads of music that may not on the surface work together, but trust the invitation to share in this funky loving story.
