Diesen jungen Mann haben wir schon lange ins ♡ geschlossen. Mit dieser besonderen Episode bekommen wir mal wieder einen Mix, der es in sich hat. Ein cooler laidback Sound – ganz im Sinne eines entspannten, cozygeren, aber auch treibenden Jahresbeginns. For the first time ever i decided to approach playing in a different way. The HearTribe celebration in Tulum was the perfect playground to go and experiment in this way. Together with Allen Hulsey i played this Hybrid Live set Up. I traded my comfort with CDJ's for a new approach with Ableton. Allen is the one who reminded me to get out of my comfort zone, just to reach new heights and depths... Sharing this with all the hearts made it just extra special.

It has only been few weeks since the inflight menu of British Airways has been spiced up with four delicious Schirmchendrink cocktails in cooperation with Deeper Sounds – we’re extremely happy to release the first one today on our SoundCloud page! Such a sensational sip by the dear Jacob Groening!

Besides mixing this cocktail, the Berlin-based producer and dj also provided the wonderful soundtrack of the exclusive inflight guest show: in our announcement video last month, we used his smooth & sublime original track “Lime”, off his “Fask EP” out on Earthly Delights. And, you won’t be surprised, Lime is also a key ingredient of Jacobs Schirmchendrink…

Jacob Groening manages to infuse organic, gypsy, blues and soul with electronic elements … or is it the other way around? He is a musician, sound engineer and DJ – and his music never sounds the same. Experimenting with various genres and style is a key element of Jacob’s live shows and mixtapes. Things keep shifting and fusing but still there is this gentle touch in composition: if sweet or subtle, if house… or tech house, or slow house, or whatever you want to call it. 

His unique and playful approach to music was picked up by labels such as Earthly Delights, Amselcom, Steyoyoke and many more. And, of course, by his own imprint, Kamai.

Take your time, close your eyes, relax and find solace in these psychedelic and hypnotic sounds.

Alice began her musical journey at young age, mastering piano and vocals at music school. In 2020, she relocated to Asia, where decided to fully dedicate herself to electronic music.
Talent and passion quickly brought her to the most prestigious stages in Bali, followed by performances across Asian countries.
After moving to Dubai, Alice became a resident at some of the city's most celebrated venues, including Soho Garden, Surf Club, Be Beach, and many more iconic stages throughout the Middle East.
Driven by her love for house music and a deep desire to explore its creative possibilities, Alice began studying music production in early 2024.
She now has several finished projects awaiting release on respected international labels.
With professional experience in London and Barcelona, Alice further expanded her artistic journey by spending a season in Ibiza, where she secured residencies at Destino and Tantra, two of the island's most renowned venues.
Alice's music is inspired by legendary figures such as Carl Cox, Marco Carola, Paco Osuna, Black Coffee, Jamie Jones, and Dennis Cruz. Blending different shades of house and techno, she crafts a distinctive sound that resonates with both electronic music enthusiasts and critics. Her performances radiate energy, passion, and authenticity, leaving audiences with unforgettable experiences.
