'Lost In The Dark' is the title track of Alice Ray's upcoming debut EP (out on the 4th December.) A pop folk song about overcoming loss, finding comfort in a stranger and seeking hope in the future.

With emotive, soulful vocals set atop a brooding and atmospheric blend of organ, propulsive drums and guitar, the track is a conversational and cathartic account of emotionally navigating an unhealthy relationship.

'Why Is It We Fight Like This’ is about being stuck in a relationship with someone where things have become quite toxic. You know it’s not right for you but there’s something about it that keeps you intertwined with the drama of it. The song has a bluesy feel and also a sinister air about it, and I actually ended it with ‘do you miss me, dear?’ as a homage to Moriarty from Sherlock.
