Jeezzz! I've been working on this song for over 2 years! The intro was always there. Finally I revised the part where it kicks it at 1:47. Now my dilemma is extending this part longer without sounding repetitive. Maybe I need a chick to sing on in or something.

What I like about PsyTrance music is that you can be a "one-man band". There's no need to worry about the drunk drummer missing rehearsal, no creative differences, no need for any mic'ed up instruments. It's just me in my studio with my arsenal of virtual synths and sampled sounds. Oh and no need to pathetically nag friends to come out to shows! 
If you hear a little bit of "old school" structure/style in these tunes, it's because I used to play the Hollywood rock band circuit in the 90's. 

Back in the 90's you needed a $12,000 Tascam 16-track, a $18,000 Tascam 32-channel mixer, a $900 Lexicon reverb, a $500 Yamaha SPX-90, a $2,000 Korg 01/W, a mound of cables, etc, etc. Now it's cheap virtual everything and limitless possibilities! When virtual synths are so cheap there's no excuse not to buy 'em all. My gear in the order of favorites (including two hardware based synths) includes reFX Nexus2, Lennar Digital's Sylenth, Camel Audio Alchemy, Rob Papen's Albino 3, the Access Virus C, Zebra2, Native Instruments Massive, the Gladiator Tone 2, the whole Spectrasonics Stylus library with RMX groove module (etc, etc), the Novation Nova, Atmosphere, the Korg Radias. 

I record with Nuendo. If I had to start over I would of course go with Florida Studio. 

My favorite psytrance songs change by the week. Right now they are "Interes Thing" by Speedball, "Sonic Entity" by Celestial Mechanics, and "Owl Trip" by Archaic.
