PsyTrance Full On - Various Artists (In Progress)

Here's The DJ set I played during the night shift at the "Dance Into Trance" Halloween party in Switzerland on 30 Oktober 2021.
Due to not having any monitor speakers it was a bit of a task to keep a steady mix but the people seemed to appreciate my effort as only positive vibes resonated from the fully packed trance floor as we followed our path trough the darkness together <3

After five artist albums and countless releases on compilations, Penta's EP, "Numbers" comes at the beginning of the 10th year of Penta as the psy trance project. These two tracks are mathematical in nature with the first one - "Binary" bringing Nikita Tselovalnikov back to his melodic style of early years and the second one "Random Number (Live Mix)" exploring the possibility of making music on the fly, with the help of Ableton Live. That track, which maybe not as polished as other Penta's tracks, transmits a sense of spontaneity, otherwise unachievable with traditional linear methods of producing music. Both tracks are suitable for the hottest time of a party.

"Tranonica and Pointfield joined forces to reignite their love for psychill music. Together they crafted six beautiful sounding and enchanting soundscapes with a deeper message within. Hear we go for another episode The Valkyrie's scroll 📜 inspired through the God Of War Game Series, this set was performed at Darkadia Gathering big thanks to the guys behind this beautiful gathering, the line up full of great Mauritian artist of the electronic & psychedelic scene and specially the beautiful crow full of energy.

Gunnr (alternatively guðr) is an Old Norse term meaning "battle". It is the name of a valkyrie in Norse mythology, and was also used as a feminine given name. The modern forms Gun and Gunn remain in use as a feminine given name in Scandinavia. The word is from Proto-Germanic gunþiz, which is a common element of Germanic names not only in North but also in West Germanic, as second element especially frequent in feminine names (as in Hildegund), as first element also in masculine names (as in Gunther).

In legend, Gunnr is the Mistress of War. She would appear during the aftermath of any conflict, big or small, as the first to arrive and search for worthy souls for a trip to Vahalla. It was considered a gruesome task but she did it with pride. Her judgement of the fallen was unparallaled and an invaluable resource to Odin, thus making her one of his favorites.

Gunnr's armour design is based on a crow.

The earliest attestation of the name is on the Rök Stone where it occurs as part of a kenning for wolf:

Þat sagum tvalfta, hvar hæstʀ se Gunnaʀ etu vettvangi a, kunungaʀ tvaiʀ tigiʀ svað a liggia.
"I say this the twelfth, where the horse of Gunnr sees fodder on the battlefield, where twenty kings lie."

After over 20 years writing music, I have decided to start releasing some of my tunes out of the underground...  Here I present “The Language of Nature”, finally coming out this Summer 2016 on Magikana Music UK. This tune is part of a new Album I have worked during 2014-2015, which has been exclusively presented Live in Eden Festival 2016, S.U.N. 2015, Ozora 2014, Earthdance Wales 2014 and Cosmic Edinburgh.

It was also featured on the printed CD compilation VA Cosmic Vol. 1 released by Planet Monkey, the crew behind Cosmic (Edinburgh’s longest running psychedelic night in Scotland).  The compilation also features wicked tunes by Cosmic friends: Hoodwink, Electrypnose, Beatroots, Flooting Grooves, Xymox, amongst others.

 Alien_Slave (Rui Moura) started in the world of music at age 15, playing drums in a garage band with friends, playing covers of bands like Metallica, Nirvana, Radiohead, and others....
      In 1998 he went to his first party psychedelic trance party, and immediately began to love that musical style, with all those cosmic and psychedelic sounds found in trance music. In 1999 began playing as a dj in some little parties with friends. Since then he has never stopped and has played in some important festivals in Portugal. In 2007 he bought his first synthesizer (Nord Lead 2x) and began to learn how to produce trance music with a friend. Since then he has produced several tracks in his very unique style of psychedelic trance.
