Pat Powell of Alien Beagle describes the first single “Godzilla vs. Alien Beagle” from the new album “Breed From Beyond” set for release Sept 16, 2016:  “Growing up I loved watching giant monster movies, especially Godzilla. I also loved Blue Oyster Cult’s “Godzilla” and I wanted to do an ‘update’ doing my own heavy metal homage to the big lizard.”Alien Beagle is the creation of Pat Powell. Based in Miami, Powell describes his music as "an extraterrestrial blend of heavy metal, modern blues, mixed with a strong dose of rock and grunge.” Alien Beagle’s first album “The Beagle Has Landed” spawned the single "Hole In the Moon" and was released March 1, 2013. It was immediately put on the 2013 Winter Music Conference Compilation CD garnering positive reviews.

This is a very special musical collaboration made between a living legend, a pioneer of hip hop and rap and myself, Pat "Alien Beagle" Powell. Amin Rachid was a founding member of the groundbreaking group Crash Crew that broke through the scene out of Brooklyn in the heydays of Hip Hop/Raps infancy.
