You could rhyme over the first verse, vibe out on the second verse, and sing or rhyme over the out. I love vibing out to dope beats with deep bass and catchy melodies. To get full on instrumental experiences where it's just music, no voice- you would usually  gravitate toward the category dubbed "electronic music". With hip hop, it's definitely about the beat; A consistent banger that'll knock your socks off in the couple minutes it exists in your soundscape. I dig em both. Hip hop beats with room for rhyming and dancing. If I was ever on stage rapping, I would want there to be sections of songs where there's no singing because it's just good music that you can't resist dancing to... damn, to see a crowd dancing together in the sunshine would be amazing. I feel the pain of the world. I see what’s happening, and I see that a lot of people are speaking out against the protests in ways that show they don’t truly understand the depth of why everything is happening. Systemic racism, in our country, has never been fixed. Culturally, we have made progress, but cops (not all cops) but cops beat the shit out of and kill unarmed black people, and they are systematically not held accountable for it. Yes, in George Floyd’s case, there was a break in this trend, and the officers have all been charged, but that’s one case out of thousands. There’s so many uneducated “privileged” people in our country that simply do not understand why things are the way they are- why Ghettos exist that are full of Black people- why the majority of those in prison are black- why you see cops beating and killing Black people- before the Civil War, blacks were slaves. After the civil war, they became the target of every single racist person in America that did not want them to be free. The system was set up from the beginning for them to fail, and never be able to truly succeed and live the American Dream. Today, we are all taking a stand to speak out against this brutal system. It’s not just about George Floyd and arresting and charging those officers with Murder. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. My goal here is to make beats/music that anyone with a voice can use as a platform to tell their story. Black men and women across the world, I love you, and I am so sorry for what your people have had to and continue to go through on this Earth. As hard as it is too have hope, I have never seen this many people flooding the streets in support of equal rights for you and for all. Black Lives Matter. All Lives Matter too, but black people have been royally fucked in the history books, and that history is still being written today. Let's keep fighting for change. Hopefully, this music can bring relief to any ears that lend a passage for the waves.
