Fandom X Archive returns with a new series: The Fanfic Files. We’re going to do deep-dives into the likes of alt.tv.x-files.creative, Ephemeral, and Gossamer. We’re going to explore those now-almost forgotten archives dedicated to the more obscure ships. We’re going to talk about slashfic, AU, and fanfiction theory. The world of The X-Files fanfiction is vast, and its history is as fascinating as it is bizarre.
