"Nineteen Sixty Nine" The French label, based in Paris, is back with another release, their 9th effort, with guests from all over Europe. An all-round electronic release, with complex narratives and many facets. Everything from minimal club bangers in the form of Sakdat & Balaur and Versilov’s contributions, finely weaved breakbeat cuts from Sylan 101 and John Manhard, ethereal soundscapes like Dehes’ “Prismo” with far-travelling echoes from the night before, and other tunes like Bjika's "Space Ramen" that paint the soundtrack of your late-night drive or your star gazing nights. The compilation anchors itself to a recurrent combination of pads, strong basslines and minimal percussions, with the vaporous presence of that dreamy and nostalgic feeling synonymous with the label, perfectly encapsulated in Andreiclv's tracks.
