Marc connaît le métier de bouilleur de crû depuis son enfance, où il suivait parfois ses parents en tour.née de distillation. Il travaille dans son atelier pour les locaux mais passe beaucoup de temps à promener ses alambics dans toute la région. Ses étapes sont les mêmes depuis plusieurs décennies. Marc a noué des liens forts et pu entretenir des relations sur la longueur avec les paysans pour lesquels il distille. Chaque arrêt de Marc est une occasion de prendre des nouvelles et collecter de nouvelles histoires. Mises bout à bout, elles créent une cartographie sonore des réalités d’un monde paysan que Marc connaît depuis sa naissance.

Cette création sonore existe en version stéréo pour la radio et le podcast et également sous forme de concert, le public étant entouré par huit haut-parleurs et six autres disséminés dans le lieu de manière à faire résonner l’œuvre avec l’espace de diffusion. La première représentation a eu à La Cuisine le 18 septembre 2021.

Saru are very pleased to announce that Trichromatic Moiré, a new double CD featuring realisations of a graphic composition by Thomas Martin Nutt, is now available. 

Martin’s work with the physicality of interference takes place within the beating patterns of a multi-sensory field, a Moiré, and to celebrate his wonderful compositions, SARU invited a number of artists from around the world to realise his work.

The release features interpretations by Tetuzi Akiyama, Harriet Butler, Sarah Hennies, Ryu Hankil, Ko Ishikawa, David Lacey, Sally Ann McIntyre, Will Montgomery, Joseph Clayton Mills, Shirley Pegna, Rie Nakajima & Marie Roux, Samuel Rodgers, Lo Wie, and Keiko Yamamoto.

The 12th show of Threads Rosa Parks was cooked by @thehomeopathics and @humtsi_tuluz  from @airatoulouse Collective based in Toulouse, France. We asked them to build a mix around the notion of "Demi-sommeil" (half-asleep or half awake). A music made of blurry ideas between dream and reality but folowing what your conscience seems to see as logical path.

every day there is a chance to return to your self. it is often a matter of choice between what you really want and what you are tempted into wanting. there is so much poison infiltrating your space, it is hard to filter out impurities in order to live a life toxin free. we can all make changes for the better, with a resolute will anything is possible. you have to learn to say no to yourself, your mind is the parent to your soul - your body is the parrot to the brain. they have to be aligned, in check, and understanding of each other, their wants and needs and true desires. don't let one override the other, or else imbalance will overtake and disharmony will pervade.
