Just for a lark, I decided to record a cello quartet version of Heart Shaped Box by Kurt Cobain. I created this arrangement for a cello quartet I used to play with. On this recording, I added drums to, hopefully, give it a more raunchy feel.

I wrote this song during a 5 in 5 songwriting challenge. I felt like this one (out of 5) was worth recording. And since spring is upon us, I thought I'd release it here. It will be on my "Songs for a Cloudy Day" album which will be released on Bandcamp on Friday and soon on streaming platforms. I played everything except for the drums!
