One of my first ever recorded originals, written. about someone who's broken my heart, of course! 

Timeless original

Alissa Victoria is an up and coming talent on the Central Coast of California. She formed her first band Apathy’s Razor at just 13 years of age, knowing that music was her ultimate passion. She talked her best friend into being the bass player and secured a headlining spot at her 8th grade graduation. Her band even got paid a whopping 30 dollars to perform. Do not tell her parents, but she combined her earnings with her BFF and bought a carton of cigarettes. Alissa thankfully no longer smokes, it’s bad for her voice, duh! oh and her lungs…. After over a decade of setting music aside to raise a family, and be in denial of her gift (lol!),  she has become involved with the Studio of Performing Arts in Grover Beach, California to infuse new life into her budding career. Alissa grew up in Idaho worshipping The Smashing Pumpkins, Pixies, The Cure and Violent Femmes. She moved to Cali 20 years ago and began taking songwriting classes at Santa Barbara City College, where she would go into the bathroom and cry before each performance. 

Alissa Victoria currently plays folk/indie/acoustic style music, while intermittently storytelling and making fun of herself. She considers herself a late bloomer in the music industry and loves inspiring others by modeling that it’s never too late to follow your dreams. She will make you laugh, cry and open your heart. As one of her old roomies told her, “Alissa, you make people FEEL”. Alissa is a champion for other creatives and owns her own coaching business. When she’s not playing gigs, she is probably studying, riding her dirt bike and enjoying time with her two children, who are thankfully music freaks like her!
