This is a DJ set I did at the farewell show for DJ Typhonic, who was making the move up to Sydney from Canberra. It was on the stage up at Toast, easily the best club Canberra ever had... Anyway, it starts off with some party tracks, some bboy breaks, a smidge of electroclash (it was june 2005 after all!) and then some new school breaks til the end. I really like how there is a tinge of acid through a lot of the tracks, that i never really noticed about the tracks when I was playing them out regularly... Anyway, this was recorded by PA Sime, and occured on 18/6/05. Lets hope I can wack out another mix by this ones 5 year anniversary...

Hello friends -- trying out recording sets with this fantastic new application. I just popped the phone on the table, started playing the records and then let the app do its thing at the end, and i reckon it sounds pretty good!
Sure there are some bum mixes (the im so crazy into love story one was a particular highlight of oopsies) but overall I am excited to start mixing again while we are cooped up for a few months!
