This set was recorded live at a friend’s house party in Llanberis, with a cut down setup consisting of my Elektron Syntakt, Behringer Edge, and Korg SQ-1. It was my second set of the night, and it was late enough that I could keep things hypnotic and let sequences play out and be enjoyed, which is a contrast to the first one which was a bit more chaotic. Very very fun!

I tried to get the most out of the Edge by mostly using each oscillator as a separete paraphonic voice, and overlaying the SQ-1 sequences over the internal sequencer for some added chaos.

Played on pretty small speakers without a subwoofer, so had to tune my kick and bass an octave higher than normal.

Not the best audio quality and unfortunately my recorded summed to Mono because I had screwed up the settings. I will try to procure the recording of my master output from the console and reupload at some point.
