As a short addendum to my 'A 3 Hour Drive in 1985' mix (on Mixcloud/HearThis), we're off to the movies.

1985 was an incredible year for popcorn flicks. 40 years on, we go back to the cinema for a special Saturday morning matinee to take in the sounds from some of the year's biggest blockbusters; from Back To The Future to The Breakfast Club, Weird Science to Rocky IV, Beverly Hill's Cop to The Goonies.

In other words, these guys are no strangers to the funk. And while their musical tastes range the gamut, when Frank and Rusty join forces the end result is always the same: they deliver a sound that is funky, fun and fresh.
