 A timeless progressive acid-house tune, Lust features a dreamy solo played on a digital Fender Rhodes Electric Piano (Digital). The track begins slow and spacey, with heavy delay effects giving the solo a dubby, psychedelic feel. In the second half, resampled drums add a subtle industrial edge, driving the track forward with hypnotic energy.

Shaastriya Sangeet Vol. I (Translation: Classical Music) by DJazz & Unmesh Banerjee is an amalgamation of Indian Classical Music & Electronica. The four-track EP explores flavours of Jungle, Techno, Electro, and Instrumental.

A. Delhi Dystopia: A classic yet modern jungle tune, this track features a Jugalbandi - a traditional classical music duet where two solo artists interact in a competitive yet complementary style. It fuses the signature sounds of jungle with the radical sound of Unmesh’s Tabla.

B. Salaam Bombay: An ode to Bombay, this track draws inspiration from the sounds of vintage Bollywood Disco. It opens with the Tabla, gradually building momentum and setting the rhythm. Layered with electro elements, 808s, and the iconic 303 Bassline, the composition features two Tabla layers, one in a higher octave and the other in a lower creating depth and contrast.

C. The Tiger Swami: A five-minute jam between the Tabla and a four-on-the-floor techno groove. The idea is for the Tabla to constantly evolve while the steady 4/4 techno rhythm keeps it grounded. The groove blends elements of Tanpura (Indian Classical Drone), Tabla-infused SFX, 808s, drum breaks, and the iconic 303 acid bassline.

D. Shaastra & Shastra: Best described as a “Tabla Soirée”, this is the most unique track on the EP. The Tabla is played five times in five different keys, creating a distinctly novel sound. The climax arrives when a scream collides with the dissonant Tabla, before resolving into warm Fender Rhodes chords that capture tension and release. Best heard on the headphones for a holistic stereo experience.

Aditya Malve, aka DJazz (pronounced 'Jazz'), believes that Jazz is not merely a noun for a musical genre but something much more. One may define Jazz as improvisation, Swing, Blue Notes, Call-and-response, Polyrhythms, etc., and truthfully, that is how Aditya perceives his surroundings - from Newton’s discovery of gravity and UFO sightings to Climate Engineering and a heavenly tiramisu. In some way, shape, or form, everything involves Jazz.

‘All That DJazz’ is Aditya’s exploration - an imprint created to promote his sounds. Aditya is heavily inspired by the sounds of UK, Jungle, Jazz, Indian Classical, Blues, House, and beyond, the label is not confined to any genre in specific. More than just a music imprint, Aditya sees ‘All That DJazz’ as a platform to propagate the culture. 

In 2025, DJazz launches ‘All That DJazz’ with a two-track EP ‘The Wolf Among Dogs’ now streaming on all online platforms.
