I got to Chat with David Mace , He's From Niagara Falls, New York 
His son is two with  Autism.

Mira is profoundly disabled - feeding pump, ostomy, non-verbal, non-ambulatory, deep brain stimulator, profound movement disorder, etc.  She has a rare disease and is one of about 150 kids known with her particular disorder.  Its a truly brutal disease but she is incredible.
