Alland Byallo returns with a new label after a hiatus spent focusing on his design career. Full Bleed serves as a playground for the California-born-and-raised DJ/producer. Over the past 15 years Byallo's music has come to life on respected labels such as Third Ear Recordings, Housewax, Release Sustain and many more.

Now, after an illustrious career as a globe-trotting DJ/producer, living the double life as a freelance designer for both dance music-related and corporate clients, Byallo now calls Berlin his home and spends his days as the Lead Designer at Beatport, the industry-leading digital dance music store. Though no longer living the nightlife, Byallo’s unwavering commitment to dance music culture continues to thrive, both as a visual artist and with his continued involvement in music production.

Full Bleed presents two new meticulously crafted broken beat, jazzy house tunes from veteran producer Alland Byallo. Born and raised in LA, musically seasoned in San Francisco, and now residing in Berlin, Byallo’s DJ career took him all over the world, and through a steady education of electronic music genres.

Since retiring from the nightlife, Byallo now devotes all of his musical energy into perfecting his production and mixing skills, immersing himself in analog synths and releasing jazz-infused house and broken beat from his home studio, dubbed The Secret Button. All the tunes coming out of the room are strictly self-released on his own Full Bleed label, and reflect his obsessive levels of attention to detail and quality.

“Fill Light Shine” showcases two of the finest and most sophisticated tracks in Byallo's decades-strong discography. Drawing inspiration from all his influences throughout the years, he pays a deeper tribute to the genre that ignited his passion for music: Jazz. The EP features lush Rhodes chords, melodic Wurli licks, and an abundance of Moog sounds, taking the listener on a soulful and energetic journey. The tracks, "Karma Beach" and "Reflect, Rotate", are highly personal, with the former being inspired by a secluded strip of coastline in Zadar where Byallo found peace and the latter being a tribute to overcoming his own challenges of repeating self-defeating patterns.

Bump it on the sound system, on the airwaves, in the club, in your headphones, this transcendent EP is a peak in Alland Byallo’s artistic career and an epic document of his musical journey.

Hi, I'm Alland and I like making and collecting music. I was born and raised in LA, moved to SF in 2003 where my friends and I hosted a big, fancy, well-known techno party at a legendary club called The Endup.

After seven wild years in the Bay I moved to Berlin and some fun stuff happened. Got an album out on Third Ear Recordings, some singles and EPs on Room With A View, Dirt Crew, Poker Flat, Rawax, Housewax and some other nice labels. Had a couple residencies in clubs and radio stations. A couple of my best mates and I started a band project called KAMM, and together we released two albums. The first came out on Marcel Vogel's fine Intimate Friends label, and the sophomore LP on France's legendary Circus Company. See? Fun stuff happened!

These days I spend most of my time in my nice little home studio, I'm the Art Director at Beatport, have my own indie label called Full Bleed Sound, I buy synths I can't afford and I'd most likely like to pet your dog.
