This version of “Lost in Yesterdays Dreams” has 1960s surf rock with modern indie rock. The story is the same, this has different vocals and sound. I added beach boys like harmonies for atmosphere and catchiness. 

I have always been a dweller — overthinking, replaying the same old memories/thoughts in my head, it’s like a never ending daydream, wanting to let go but unable too! For me anxiety is like I’m Trapped in an hour glass or on a ferris wheel 🎡 forever spinning round.  I have always worried what people think of me, I try not to let the past affect me today. Sometimes it’s just in my head and my life is better than I let out… but it doesn’t always feel that way. When the dark thoughts knock, I start to whistle — it’s my quiet coping mechanism, it keeps me ticking and helps me move on. If you’ve ever felt stuck in the same loops, you’re not alone. We all carry it differently, but we carry it. It’s all human emotion and these feelings can become to much for us. Never feel Ashamed or embarrassed And if in doubt tell
