Lifka is a Berlin-based techno producer, live act & DJ. His hardware-based live-sets combine driving grooves, trancy elements and acidic melodies to form a highly conductive solution for body and mind. 
The young artist keeps a unique balance between melodies and sound textures, maneuvering from light to shadow, from gentle to hard. He's part of the Voxnox fam and resident at renowned PAL nightclub in Hamburg. Lifka played at numerous leading clubs in cities such as Berlin, Paris, Warsaw & Hamburg just to name a few. As a producer, Lifka has shown his versatility with outstanding releases on Voxnox Records, EXHALE, Space Trax and many more.

Since 2013 I have released digital music as HLLW, and today is my 20th release under the HLLW alias. From the very beginning, my goal has been to explore different sonic territories, constantly pushing boundaries and moving towards the future. Thank you to all the sweethearts who've been supporting my project since day one, you know who you are, and I could not have done it without you.  

Bandcamp made it possible for me to release music and have direct contact with listeners, without depending on labels or people speculating in what ´fits´ the market. My initial idea was to make a platform that was not directly connected to a persona or brand, hence the four letter name HLLW. HLLW is community-oriented; it's the willingness to grow and expand music. It has no ego. It's inherently a resistance project against a capitalistic music business which influences today's club culture. I have no plans of where this project is going but hopefully there will be more releases in the future. Thanks for all the love and support.
