We're incredibly happy to present a very special Lobster podcast from multidisciplinary artist, DJ, writer and academic Ifeoluwa. The founder of INTERVENTION/Ipaadi Records evokes visions of the club, with an hour long mix that glides seamlessly through drum workouts and feel good pop and UKG bangers to tender synth lines, simmering electro and transcendental breaks.

We're so freaking excited to bring the next Body Mix to you from Washington based producer, @percussionfunctions label founder and @haus_of_altr alumnus @jamesbangura. This mix was recorded with friends over a bottle of wine and are the sounds of a DJ having fun! This mix conveys intimacy, and we can probably all agree at a time like this, intimacy is exactly what we need. Jumping on the mic and throwing tracks in and out at dizzying speed, James Bangura invites us to vibe alongside him. It's hard to tell where his blends begin and end, there's so much going on yet it's approached in such a light-hearted way it feels breezy. So pop this on at your nye lock-in and join James and his friends (who can also be sometimes heard in the background) and celebrate the end to this godforsaken year with some contagious energy and pure good vibes :) Thanks James xx
