Sharpson is an Irish independent Producer / DJ and the label boss of Choki Biki Records. The London based producer's sound is directly influenced by his upbringing on 90’s UK Rave music ranging from Breakbeat, Electro, Garage, Trance, Techno, Jungle and Drum & Bass. 

As a DJ, Sharpson has garnered a name for himself as a DJ through his unique style of DJing with the decks backwards.  His DJ sets on Youtube have accumulated hundreds of thousands of views due to his unique style of playing with the decks backwards and inviting members of the audience to DJ! His reputation as a skilled selector and entertainer, genre hopping and dropping obscure classic trance anthems in his set, has seen Sharpson perform all over Europe, The UK and Canada.

As a producer, Sharpson makes an array of electronic music under several monikers. His ‘Sharpson’ production’s stand out with his signature style of integrating ‘Dublin mannerisms’ into his club tracks, courtesy of local hip-hop Irish acts such as Deborah De Luca, Four Tet, Ed Solo and Riva Starr.

When not producing, Sharpson works as a lecturer in North London, indoctrinating young minds into Junglists one day at a time.

2QUID is a diverse, female duo spread between London and Bristol. Their track list takes influence from  their respective hometowns, creating a unique sound, consisting of bouncy jungle, turbo breaks and choppy euphoric hardcore. Since performing on HÖR, these two have been coming with that same high voltage NRG to every mix they put out. This one is no different- starting off with some hard hitting, 130bpm breaks and quickly switching into their favourite manic jungle riddems, as well as occasionally dropping a few cheeky 4X4 tunes. This multi genre mayhem is guaranteed to get you off your arse.

Back from their second year of curating the lineup for Boomtown Fair’s “Botanica Zoo” micro-venue, All Colours Music return with the next instalment of their “Breaks, Steps & Bass” VA series.

Featuring the likes of Sheffield’s jungle mainstay Charla Green, Dublin’s Choki Biki Records founder Sharpson, SE London’s illusive Anti Traxx and more, this 15-track compilation is a celebration of bass music across the spectrum of breakbeats, garage, uk funky, dubstep, hardcore, jungle and everything in between.
