Gorje Hewek is to debut an EP on Watergate Records, brings a handful of talented collaborative partners in toe. 

The skilled DJ/producer first dropped heat on the label way back in 2016 when his track 'Turgoyakk' made with fellow Russian producer Izhevski featured on Matthias Meyer’s Watergate 20 mix. Since then, he’s gone on to become an entrenched member of the All Day I Dream collective, while building up his own label Shanti Radio Moscow. 

His generous maiden EP offering 'Life' is as expressive as you’d expect. Fellow Dreamer Lost Desert is a collaborative partner on all but one of the EP tracks and brings his sublime touch to the work. 'Fluminnese (Dub)' features rising Moscow duo Volen Sentir and is a sundrenched slice of house that twinkles with loads of warmth and positivity also features. 'No Line Can Be Found' was crafted with Nikolai Briar and is an uplifting union of swirling arpeggios, emotional strings and a heartfelt vocal that combines for a powerful finish. 'Ocean' sees the appearance of his vocal alter ego Marvin the Sun, and is a lilting soulful cut that begs to be played at sundown. 'Night Walk' is a beautiful yet functional cut, comprised of a tech backbone and lush chord sequence. 'Covered in White' is a transcendental slice of house driven by a terrific groove and melody line. A lively vocal-led 12” version of lead track 'Fluminnese' rounds out the pack.

Superfriends is the new label from Andhim; a label that captures the pair’s charm and ebullience, not only from their past releases but also serves as a stylistic trajectory to date; one that has moved from gentle eclecticism through infinite fun into a refined and contagiously unique electronic sound.

Andhim have over the last decade cultivated an exceptionally loyal fan base of musical lovers and peers alike; that continue to crave the German pairs musical agility and action packed forays.

Superfriends is far from a obvious tick in andhim’s career “to do list” but a strong clue that they are capably poised to continue their anti-intellectualism approach to everything they do.

The international colours of andhim continue to reach all corners of the dance floor focusing less on the narrative and more on the big and fun– Superfriends is set to be an outlet for the production/DJ duo’s most ambitious ideas. An independent exercise in only the finest studio output from themselves but those that inspire, influence and impress.

The first release “Tosch EP” is pristine in production and devoid of existing label noise, where powerfully subtle melodies can sit side by side with immersive dance floor heavy electronic music.

“Tosch EP” signals the pairs desire to remain multifaceted in approach and DIY in execution while also slowly revealing the imagination behind it. The culmination of an intensely creative career to date; andhim brandish a variety tonal ideas that include spacious, diversified and unforced melodies that capture the emotion displayed in the DJ booth.

Following on from his compulsive 'Babel’ EP, Angelos is back with a brooding release featuring vocals from Jaidene Veda and a standout remix from Pablo Fierro.
Greece’s Angelos has built an enviable career over the last decade, drawing on his long held passion for house music he has gone from local resident to internationally recognised DJ and producer with releases on label likes Saved, Rise, Armada and of course connected. Now he’s back with perhaps his strongest offering to date in the form of ‘Surrender’ featuring the distinctive tones of Canadian vocalist Jaidene Veda.
The original version kicks off like a hazy summer morning as synth pads and tubular bells drift across a minimal rhythm section. Jaidene’s vocal oozes soulful warmth and heartfelt humanity as she provides the topline to this intricate tapestry of musical elements. The remix see Spain’s Pablo Fierro step up to deliver a spacious and atmospheric reworking built around murky, twisting bass, vibrating chord arms and of course Jaidene’s mesmerising vocal.
This is another sterling release from the connected label and the excellent Angelos.

All Day I Dream explores beautiful, emotional and melancholic shades of House and Techno through its label's releases, events and artists.

All Day I Dream events began on a Brooklyn rooftop back in 2011 and have since become an international sensation. Around the world, crowds continue to be drawn to the experience and to become a part of it's community. Spurred on by the music of Lee Burridge and his unique roster of artists, each brings his or her own emotive musical vision to the daytime party. Sounds that are all too rare in the current electronic music scene.

Each year the events continue to spread out across the world. From Los Angeles to London. Melbourne to Moscow, Berlin to Beirut to Brazil and back to their spiritual home base of New York City. They continue to flourish due, in part, to a core ideal. To create something truly magical. The passion to create magic manifests itself  both in those organizing as well as those attending the events.  

All Day I Dream also continually forges it's own unique ambience through a combination of the musical journeys taken by it's listeners as well as noteworthy venue choices. Each location transformed with the event's bespoke production design. Structural art, hanging gardens, colourful fabrics, fairy lights and lanterns. All melded together to fashion an unparalleled, irresitable atmosphere.
