Little Pill

Gingerbreadman, was the first track worked on and the last completed during the making of the Monster Creep album, "The Emperor".  Some interesting time signatures, and lush chorus through a Marshall makes the perfect soundscape for the blazing and simply amazing drum work, here by Jack Endino (whom incidentally, plays bass on the tune as well).   

07 Gingerbreadman

in the old slow dark way of heavy leaden blues rock, well that is what Monster Creep plays here in "Rome Has Fallen".  Opens with the lyric "Well the Liberty Bell is cracked, Babe / Mary, Mary is all dressed in black".  Ensign, Kimble and Endino team up to make this Monster Creep track part of the whole collection comprising, "The Emperor".  Enjoy!

not unlike a Soundgarden bed of lush thick guitars, punctuated by the expert drumming of Luke Kimble, with surgically placed bass notes by Jack Endino, it rocks, and has a nice rock symphonic end section, not unlike, James Gang borello.

Included here are tracks uploaded by Allen Ensign at one point or another over the past fe years.  In one way using Soundcloud was just an experiment, but now has actually, proved itself as a useful online tool, and accordingly, I upgraded a notch. I now follow others, and also have some tracks available that my fans and listeners can enjoy in total.

"Little Pill" is an early mastered version of the song by the noted engineer, Jack Endino.  "Little Pill" is included on the new release by Monster Creep, titled, "The Emperor".   "The Emperor" , any day now, can be found at CD Baby online, as can other recordings by Allen Ensign, including other bands in which he has played.  

(Updated, April 30) Monster Creep finished the record, and "The Emperor" can be found at CD Baby online, for starters, and now also right here on Soundcloud, you can listen to the recording, we only suggest using the best playback system you can find, and try that, as Jack Endino is a master engineer, and the louder it is, the more full and wonderful the music sounds.
