Rogue Advisor emerges with atmospheric sound design. Pummeling drums provide an industrial groove whilst a piercing siren sounds above, its intensity rising to a fever pitch as the track progresses.

The committee “Justice pour Sourour” and the Pacifique Records music platform is launching a series of compilations to raise awareness on the fight against police violence and collect funds to ensure justice for Sourour: beloved sister, mother, daughter, and friend, who died in a police station in Brussels on January 12, 2023. For this first volume we’re bringing together friends and allies: artists of the experimental and bass music scene, each presenting a track.   The fight we’re waging is relentless, we need to keep everyone’s attention so that the struggle doesn’t lose momentum, so that even more people feel concerned and join us, and so that similar violence can never happen again. We want to believe in a united, supportive and politicised music scene. As artists, musicians and cultural actors, and with your support, we can play a precious role in this fight.

Bapari is a Haitian-American musician, producer, and DJ. Their third EP Oasis (2023) features singers Lolahol and Kidä and has been highlighted in major music outlets like Mixmag and Resident Advisor. They also did additional production for Eusexua, the title track for FKA Twigs’ upcoming album. Bapari has released other EPs, including Stamina and Daybreak, with Daybreak being named one of the best tracks of 2021.

A regular headliner for Boiler Room and host of the monthly NTS Radio show Puffy, Bapari’s music has been featured in campaigns for fashion brands like YSL Beauty and i.am.gia. They’ve also composed soundtracks for fashion shows at New York Fashion Week.
