Soundjourneys are an introduction into stillness for only when we can perceive stillness we can truly hear music.

I played around yesterday evening at home (I don't have any real dj-equipment) and at some point I started recording. 
What you hear is that recording, unmastered, flaws included, barerly edited - a brutally honest fragment.

What follows now is context for the set, regarding the circumstances that it was created under - a piece of my life if you will...

To me, truly living, with felt purpose and joy is something that these days disappears from time to time...
Sometimes it feels as if I had lost sight on connection with what I am here for and what really is important to me...
I get lost in other worlds and when I am alone too much I lose a healthy sense of proportion for thoughts and things in general.
Merging with this music, it's energy and emotion then is liberating to me - sharing it and with it a glimpse of my world and the mental and emotional situation I'm in, is what makes these times make sense.
These states and emotions, the inner fights and struggles become meaningful to me when I share them.
This music is a way of doing exactly that, and it so reliefing and fullfilling to see my experience captured in some outer form which I deem somewhat beautiful...  🖤

I guess, to keep communicating, to keep interacting with the outer world is what keeps sanity.
