Desolat celebrate their 5th anniversary with a very special edition of their annual sampler This edition not only sees artists from the Desolat family turn in exclusive tracks, but also sees Loco Dice supply a first mix on Desolat. Loco Dices "Lolopopinho" picks up where his recent "Toxic" EP left off: a groovy energetic whirlwind production that takes the listener on a head spinning journey into the recesses of the label bosses club-orientated mind. Shlomi Abers "Mancha" features a sublime bouncing bassline, whilst Yaya weighs in with a track that nods to a fantastically bright future. The latest talent to emerge from the highly respected Romanian scene is Horatio. His track "How Much 909 Can You Take?" serves up a warbling aural assault that will easily get feet stomping. Lucero en Vivos "La France" first surfaced in 2010 when it caused a stir on Dices Amnesia Ibiza Underground 10 mix CD. A welcome addition to the sampler and finally getting the full release it deserves! The young blood of Desolat is rounded of by Alexkids ethereal "Enty" which provides some moodiness to proceedings. And of course the mainstays of the label have also turned in impressive productions. Hectors "Amorphous Mass" displays the dark depths of the Desolat vaults, whilst the first lady of Desolat tINI turns in a warm intricate release in "Room 305" The mix also comprises additional seven exclusive tracks from the likes of Basti Grub, Alli Borem, Francisco Allendes, Premiesku, Alli Borem, Benny Rodrigues and Desolat favourite Guti. The mix highlights the consistent musical thread that runs through much of Deoslats output, and is compiled with Dices signature sound.sti Grub ever.Enjoy!

The new dirtybird compilation is loaded with 11 great tunes I have been collecting for over 6 months. Most notably, the Shiba San "OKAY" record has absolutely been destroying every dance floor known to man. We have lots of big birds like Justin Martin, Catz ‘N Dogz & Justin Jay on this, plus a ton of great newcomers and friends making appearances.

The dirtybird BBQ was founded as a small get together in Golden Gate Park thirteen years ago. We've had the same core line-ups and even the same chef, Grillson, since the beginning.  But three years ago, the free party in the park got too big and our permit was pulled.  The city of San Francisco could no longer handle the amount of people showing up to the event.  

Ever since then we have been trying to think of way to bring back the vibe of the BBQ park party. This year we finally put together a team that is able to take the BBQ party all across North America and Europe. We will be starting in Miami and ending in San Francisco so make sure to come grill and chill with us sometime this year. This compilation is a celebration of the O.G. dirtybird BBQ vibe.   I hope you enjoy the music.

The dynamic Italian duo MACROMISM is back with the first proper EP on Kling Klong after several releases on labels like Break New Soil, Sci+Tec, Kiara, Monique etc. 
Their remix for Tony Dee's 'Tamazoo' became such a big success for Kling Kling it was just a natural move that these guys need their own release. And yes, they produced three grande bombas which are tested by the Kling Klong maestros Martin Eyerer & Rainer Weichhold since weeks.
And we are very grateful for another brilliant youngster from Italy who found the time to deliver an outstanding remix: ALLI BOREM made it happen, right after the release of his latest Desolat EP.
