Allice_D é o lado B que Daniela Mello escolheu para expressar o que só palavras não dão conta. A catarinense decidiu fazer aulas de mixagem no final de 2019, depois de alguns anos sentindo falta de ritmos mais progressivos nas noites de Brasília. A pandemia veio e calou qualquer ritmo - mas também forneceu o tempo e o fôlego necessários para aperfeiçoar a técnica e transitar por diferentes estilos. Sua pesquisa vai de Downtempo a Techno Melódico, sempre com um pé no Afro House e no House Progressivo. Para BRUTA, a integrante do coletivo Bege misturou suas influências com Deep Techno.

Allice D es el nombre en clave de Daniela Mello, nacida y criada en el sur de Brasil, y actualmente viviendo en Brasilia. 
Asistente de fiestas electrónicas durante muchos años y con varios amigos DJs, naturalmente tuvo ganas de aprender a pasar musica, teniendo a Hernan Cattaneo como su mayor influencia e inspiración. Empezó a tocar hace dos años y desde entonces ha estado experimentando con diferentes estilos, con un objetivo común: pasar música que mueva y levante el espíritu.

BSV: Hello Vojislav! Piano dominates in intro section of the tape. Did you take some piano lessons? 
ARKE NOE: Hi Marko! Piano is the instrument which can perfectly catch and express one's true feeling. To answer your question, I started to get more deep into it and will try to bring it more present in my sets and experiment more with it.

BSV: Lots of ‘’edits’’ lately. From Michael Bibi to Paul Kalkbrenner... Tell us something about that.
ARKE NOE: True that Marko. I think that there are many many great productions out there. How I approach to a certain track and decide to edit it? Only if it fits into ''little cherry on top'' approach. Not changing the art itself, just putting an extra cheese 😛 [example: http://bitly.ws/wqII]

BSV: You moved a little further from Serbia, all the way to Netherlands. Inspired @ ADE?
ARKE NOE: My road to NL is a very funny story itself, but maybe for the next time. All in all yes, I was always inspired by Netherland music electronic scene and I knew they do it the best. Also with Germany and also other countries are not forgotten. I wanted to get closer to the scene, and beside doing 2 jobs, I will always find time for music. ADE was the best experience in my life.

BSV: We noticed your switch to twitch for live shows. Would you recommend that platform for bedroom DJs?
ARKE NOE: It's true, Youtube blocked many many of my live streams due to strict copyright issues, but twitch is really friendly towards me about that. I decided to keep doing there. Now working on a first video DJ mix at unique location.. soon 🙂

BSV: Do you consider yourself as a adrenaline junkie and if you do, is there any connection between that and your tendency to music or art. 
ARKE NOE: I definitely consider myself as adrenaline junkie. I was into the parkour and freerunning before and the real adrenaline can be felt there. I sincerely think that adrenaline is good for humans and can be fuel for amazing things. I see huge connection also with the music, for example with bpm / heartbeats. It's known that while pumped with adrenaline our heart beats faster, and we know that if we put a pitch to + music will sound more intense and have a faster rhythm.
 
BSV: Period of the day / night where your creation spirit is in the peak?
ARKE NOE: I am a night owl, as the night goes quieter my creativity becomes more louder. 

BSV: Sky & sea fusion is in the lyrics of this session. Horizons as your fetish?
ARKE NOE: Hahaha, good catch. I would say nature is my fetish. I guess we are all more live while in nature. Beauty is in it.

BSV SESSION 035 I ARKE NOE

Dear friends, we are proud to present you the 17th DHM podcast. This time, we meet up with Ongunko from Bursa, Turkey.

Ongunko was born in a small town of Bursa in 1987. In 2007, he went to Sofia for studying.

Until 2011, the lessons he listened to during the day were entering one ear, coming out the other. But at night, while listening to the leading names of electronic msic, music did not come in from one ear and exit the other.

Although he had no training in music, he discovered that he did not hear music the way everyone else did. He did not feel it the way everyone else felt it.

Believing that music has a philosophy above all, Ongunko continues to express himself by bringing together his own favourite melodies from different cultures with dans un autre universe I Opus, Slowhouse Version, Over the Clouds Series, SlowFlashBack and Enharmonica Series.

One of his biggest dreams about music is to prepare his set consisting entirely his own tracks one day. His track trials continue and you hear it when is has been done.
