Future Times is back in the mix, expanding the sound and vision of the label with the latest in their compilation series, Vibe 3!!!

The compilation opens with the dynamic killer "Junk Funk" by DC newcomer OV, a pure cut that rotates between percussive slice and complete ambient stasis. Juju & Jordash come thru next with "Soggy Bottom" and get their hypnotic piano throb on, and Max D's "Octopus" follows with an improvised, kinetic bang. Grapes & Isle O' Man ft. The Wino Boys (an alias for MB and OD, who've put in work on RH's No Label) knock it out with a beautiful slab of whacked reggae in "Up The Dubs (It Can't Rain Forever)", and Further Records' Raica fades it out majestic with "Makmba."

Disc 2 starts with a new track from Beautiful Swimmers, "Primo", a thick chunk of Industrial Pop, like some fractured version of "Was Dog A Doughnut" for the freaks. Jeremy Hyman, most recently heard from in collaboration with FT's Max D for the Lifted LP on PAN earlier this year, rides a luscious animated opening into a great slice of plastic techno with "Machine Stops". The B Side starts with Protect-U's insane "Krums", a whirlwind of liquid metal and cranked snares, and rides out with "First Sign Of Artifice," the first, amazing burst from newcomer Edy Alta.

Disc 3 starts with Shanti Celeste and her monster cut "Strung Up", a savage tune for the deejays that mixes a bit of her native Bristol with classic electro. After that Dawit & Dolo (aka Dawit Eklund of the 1432 R crew and Dolo Percussion) collab on the massive, always-rising "Knowledge Body," turning a hurricane of snares into a moody, slow-build tower. Steve Summers lets us breathe for a moment on the last side of the comp with "Shimmer," a sick vignette and DJ tool. DSR.MR (a collaboration between Mood Hut's Cloudface and Max Ravitz aka M Rav/Patricia) shuffle into infinity after that with the blessed Rhodes techno shifter "Crystal Jungle," and C'est Life (aka Jack J) ends the compilation on a perfect note with the timeless "New Years Eve 2013."

Time for something sexxxxy and spacyyyy from the secret underground house area. Gnork and Luv*Jam have been working together for more than 5-6 years now, doing lots of gigs, remixes, collaborative EPs, appearing on various compilations. They have always worked a little bit more than what they let us think, accumulating tons of unreleased gems. The time has come to reveal some hidden goodies and we're proud to be premiering one of these secret blorpers from their new EP 'Bonus Blorps', out on Crow Castle Cuts.

The original Blorp93 yellow vinyl surfaced in 2013 and was championed by the likes of RVDS, Bradley Zero, DVS1 and Wolf Music. Since this time, there have been a few secret cuts floating around here and there, some of which lots of people were 'demanding' to be pressed. Your prayers have been listened, those very secret Blorpers are here on one precise 12", and for starters you can listen to 'Sexxxx in Space' from Gnork's infamous Lost In Budapest Mixtape. Luv*Jam completes the secret space circle with some special dream nips. No matter where the winds may blow, what storms may come or what pirates will do, the Transatlantyk ship is still sailing. Navigated for the last three years by Zambon out of Berlin, ultimately avoiding the shallow waters of the generic and constantly patrolling the seas in search of exciting sounds. After all that sailing the label just had to replenish its ranks with some fresh faces - those still capable of voyaging into the unknown. Joining the crew is a young gun TAMTEN, who by day serves as a vinyl pusher in Warsaw's finest Side One record store. What he does by night is not the matter of this short text, but we are sure he does a lot of it. Hence his love for all things distant - from subaquatic pads and floating riffs, to new-age-y siren voices, otherworldly effects and percussion drenched in reverb. There is a lot of similarly distant, sun-bleached material on this five tracker, full of a druggy and hippy Balearic feel. Beautiful ambient jam 'Przebudzenie' is the stand out track, but 'Znaki Czasu' is equally as good with its simple, yet memorable melody, reminding of dawns and sunsets on some God forsaken beach. Sultry deepness of 'Nieznajoma' is followed by enchanting digital exotica of 'Wyrocznia' and wavey trip-hop cut 'Po Burzy'. Overall its one of the strongest EPs that Transatlantyk managed to co-opt into its growing catalogue. Definitely one for the dreamers.

We’ve mused before on the Valby sound, one which as their release schedule grows, remains reassuringly new, and stays assuredly close to our hearts. A suitably named track this one- iridescent keys catch your eye and beckon you over, rich and inviting; natural pearls can do that though. The track builds and smoulders over a two step rhythm, pushing it, and you forward. Follow the siren vocals and be guided by the shifting bass, such a composition can sometimes be hard to resist.

Grant returns to the fray, armed with a four tracker, typically clean and vibsey enough to slip on your turquoise Crocs and start meandering around your kitchen/diner. This time, he's on yet another @Lobster-Theremin sub-print, @SITUrecords with their second release, 'The Long Game EP'.

'Second Life' is definitely the most introvert cut on the record, carrying dulcet tones, zenned out pads and emotionally charged vocal sweeps. The title perhaps a nod to the Saturday morning De Ja Vu through blurry eyes in which the introspective textures provide a perfect accompanying soundtrack to. Swear I've been here before.
