these eyes; sad mist; such haze &c.
back then, I did not know how liminal your stay was - wouldn't have thought you'd leave before I ever had the chance. I was left with devastation, wistful shock, and bitter, blue pansy.

in contrast to these tesselated bricks 
my mind is but a vague wispy cloud, or like birds,
after they tire from each other's company
and fly apart to very far away;

when I was cut from my roots
I cried out silently, now I float aimfully 
through a limbo I did not choose

this volatile hope that lingers still, this
faint glimmer of my eyes,
when will I turn into 1 anchor

I try my best and show the gods my impatiance,
to no avail
