Guilt
“All the guilt is lazy energy, it doesn’t change the past and it doesn’t shape the future. It’s a waste and we got no time to waste. We gotta live.” 
This was such a profound statement that spoke to me from a dialogue in the 2019 movie When They See Us (If you’ve not watched it, you should)
However, guilt is not as harmless as it’s made out to be in this statement because if it’s not dealt with, it has the capacity of robbing us of the future. Make peace with whatever you have done and move on because really, we gotta live.
Today’s episode will show you how to come to this place of peace because admittedly it’s no walk in the park.

This is a very real issue, Nigerians have to deal with the reality of police brutality every single day. 
In today’s episode I have tried to make this struggle as relatable as possible by sharing my experience with this menace. 
After listening, I hope that you partake in this struggle anyway you can and I know for a fact that “the labours of our heroes NOW shall never be in vain”.
