I haven't finished any music in a while, so I forced myself to finish at least one track this year. And dang it's good to finally be able to complete this one in particular, since I've pretty much been working on it since last September.

Anyway, hope you enjoy. The primary feature in this track is its melodies comprising of 90% on-the-sopt keyboard improvisation (done in parts over multiple takes). The finished result is one I am proud of, and I hope every second brings something unique to the table, even though the whole track is backed by a two-chord structure.

with the new kingdom hearts trailer finally announced, i thought it would be awesome to work on one of the songs of the soundtrack. growing up i always loved this piano melody so i figured why not.
