Ossetian by birth, he grew up in Greece and now is settled in Holland , Rise Black is a DJ and producer with a solid career, with several releases on some renowned international labels like Mustache Records, Retrowave Records, FU.ME or Hilltown Disco. He is a virtuous DJ who surrounds us with the best EBM, Electro, Acid and Techno in each of his sessions. An enthusiast of the Electro scene, he promotes different artists within his labels Underground Music Xperience, Industrial Possession, Another Perspective and NNY Records. Also, with its Electronic Wave parties , which function as a movement that proposes to reevaluate the electronic spectrum that is developing in small regions around the world; a friendly meeting of electronic musicians, collectors and dj’s.

Dabbled with rave in the 90's & got my Decks. Went back to my first love after listening to don't stop the beat by Anthony rother. Influenced by Mr Velcro fastener, Dexter and so on .

The thirteenth release on the Gladio Operations label bears the signature of the great Spanish producer Boris Divider. This artist needs no introduction, as he is considered one of the pioneering producers of the electro scene in Spain, and active since the 2000s, releasing mainly on his label Drivecom. 

After betting in recent years on more experimental and hypnotic sounds close to IDM, Boris returns to the pulse of the rhythms more rooted to the dancefloor with this EP titled “In Fragments”. Undoubtedly, this work brings us back to the artist's classic sound, which is reflected in “Content Location”, a track that envelops us with arpeggios and firm and forceful bass lines and well-developed masterful vocoders. The second cut we find is “In Fragments”, track that gives title to the EP and that lowers the pulsations to a softer and more emotional state. 

The B-side opens with “Dynamic Algorithm”, where we get back to our dancing posture and enter dark territories, ready to explore a dynamic of sequences brimming with intrigue and suspense. We continue with “Fragmented”, where the Spanish artist delves into a journey of ambient sounds, with certain tensions in some passages. The EP closes with “Memories of Us”, where we discern his classic sound with subtle arpeggios and delicate sequences that flow in harmony with gloomy textures.

EPM.190 comes from Science Cult boss, Syrte.  Syrte is Italian born Stefan Weise, currently residing in Colorado, US. As Syrte, Stefan has performed live and as a DJ all over the US and Europe. He is currently co- owner & co-founder of Electro and IDM label Science Cult and the host of Blue Industries on Proton Radio, which just celebrated 20 years. His DJ sets, as captured in this mix for EPM that twists DJ Stingray 313 into Blawan and Galaxian into Lord Jalapeños are high energy, 150bpm+, IDM laden affairs that have left many a listener in a daze afterwards. 

Growing up in Italy and Germany, Stefan was exposed to electronic and dance music from an early age. His father, a former Discoteque DJ, maintained a healthy collection of Italo Disco records, while his mother, always on the hunt for new music, introduced him to many of the early electronic pioneers. In 1989, during a brief stint residing in the UK, Stefan was introduced to Acid House. He was only 13 at the time. 

Over the years, his passion for futuristic music evolved and after migrating to the US, Stefan began DJing at age 17 in Dallas, TX. This eventually led to him producing his own music a few years later using a severely underpowered Macin-tosh computer and a copy of Rebirth RB-338 that his friends bought him as a birthday gift. His influences have always been Autechre, Aphex Twin and the sound of Tom Middleton & Mark Prichard aka The Jedi Knights. 

Stefan wanted to explore as many musical avenues as possible and first gained attention as Progressive Breaks artist "Stefan Anion" with his bootleg remix of Gary Jules' cover of "Mad World". Having appeared on labels such as Gem Records, King Street Sounds and Credo, he became known for his unique and futuristic dub techno sound. Stefan eventually turned to Electro and IDM under his new alias Syrte which can best be described as IDM meets Electro.

Stefan's ethos for Syrte is sound experimentation over conformity, no matter the end result.

Alavux Presents Emiter V3 EP 07 Part 01 August 2025

Two of the heaviest, darkest Electro talents from The Netherlands return to Bass Agenda Recordings on a split EP showcasing their respective approaches to dystopian dance floor demolition.

Long term Bass Agenda family member RXmode's trademark audio tempest building sound is on full display here with some of his best work to date.

On the flipside BS-1 makes his second appearance on the label this year, hot on the heels of his brutal Chaos Engine EP, with one furious assault and one lower BPM dark monolith that will shake the foundations of any building and likely the soul of those who hear it.
