codon /ˈkōdän/:
a sequence of three nucleotides which together form a unit of genetic code in a DNA or RNA molecule.

These three tracks, this artwork, and my first ever music video for the single off this project mean a whole lot to me. This is my first attempt to translate a creative concept in my head into multiple pieces of music and supplementary content that can fit together cohesively, in that order. This project contains as much of my current artistic ability as I could implement without degrading the quality, and fragments of myself and my influences are scattered throughout the media associated with the Codon EP. 
It is all something I truly am proud of and I hope you all enjoy it. I appreciate you all so much for being supportive of my passions. - Chris

dinger /ˈdɪŋɚ/:
used in baseball as another name for a home run, one theory on the origin of the word is that it is a variation of the word “humdinger." A humdinger refers to a person or thing that is outstanding and remarkable, a dinger would be a shortened version of this.
