Don't Get High On Your Own Supply [Kuss Kuss Remix]

Last but not least Carl Gemelo representing Lithuanian gives us the ending remix of ”Filters”. Changing the rhythmic feel of cause makes it more dancy, but the many layers of synths and the original samples keeps a dreamy setting through out the tune. The dry congas opening the remix almost becomes the focal point for the listener. Carl is an up coming producer and he kind of found us online. We were immediately impressed by his sound and looked him up.

Second up is Audiotrophe Ernaehrung, who takes ”Out of Reach” into a more groovy mood with some great breaks here and there, new melodic moftifs and and floating harmonic bass pad. The use of reverb is more sparse and this remix really makes you want to dance. AE is local berliner DJ and Producer, so if you're in Berlin make sure to check out, where he's spinning.

An escar, in geological terms, is a long linear ridge in the superficial drift, including various pieces of gravel of considerable size, whose arrangement took place probably under water over which icebergs floated. 

The parallel is easy to draw with Escar’s self-titled debut EP, since every track is a musical piece of considerable size, all pertaining to the same strata of linear quality and fantastic sound design, all sharing an underwater realm feel as well as a distinctly melodic (yet technoid & breaky) organic nature. Angular, erratic blocks of sound are often deposited on the escar, and they beautifully contrast with the euphonic nature of the compositions. 

Another example of Danish producer Natal Zaks’ handsome aliases, Escar’s musical vocabulary is topical and elaborate and his new sound, as usual, evocative of states of mind unlived before. Escar playfully binds a sense of the sublime with concrete, contemporary techno, making this release a stunner in every way.

AllWeDoIsThis is a new Danish collaboration on the electronic scene.The two DJ’s and producers met back in 2012, where they quickly decided to work together. It has been one long story of success and they have just released a remix EP of their first ep "Hibernation". They have already played along side big acts such as; Lulu Rouge, Philip Bader, and Jacob Phono, as well as they have played at renown domestic clubs such as Culture Box, KB18, PB43, and V58.
