What a journey this set was for me. A journey to love. A tender love, a lustful one. One full of passion and tenderness. One that is addressed to me. One that is a home for all of us. A love that lasts a lifetime, like that of my two wonderful friends as they celebrated their 25 year non-wedding anniversary on the day of the recording. A love that knows no barriers or boundaries, but blows them away effortlessly. A love that defies the storms, is strong and unshakably soft at its core. A love that can forgive, itself and others. A love that grows steadily because it is curious and compassionate. 
And above all, a love that is unconditional. 
May this infinite love rain down on you whenever you need it. May you live in the knowing that this love is within you. May it accompany you, guide you, inspire you. 
You are full of wonder and capable of anything - just the way you are. I forget that very often, as perhaps we all do. Thank you to all those who tirelessly remind me. May we be shelter to each other.

What we need now - maybe more than ever - is love. Not the image of love that we often carry around in clichés, but love in its true essence, its inescapable core. We need love in a radical way that unfolds its strength precisely in its fragile vulnerability, is aware of its fallibility and is therefore committed to the process and growth. A love that places the WE and not the EGO at the center of its actions. In other words, a love that is aware of its social and political responsibility, is active and wants to shape and heal. 
Imagine a world immersed in this love, in which we use all our knowledge, our skills and our wisdom for the benefit of all and not to maximize profit. 
In this spirit and full of love, I now share this summer memory with you. It was a hot dream on an august night at the Garbicz Festival. But whoever comes to action after dreaming creates new realities. So my biggest thanks go to all those who have supported me in making this dream come true. 

Wherever you are and however you spend these next few days, be good to yourselves and to each other and don't forget the paradises we can create together when we unite instead of divide.

Alma Linda is a Berlin-based DJ who originally hails from Chile. She is known for her captivating live performances and eclectic music style that draws inspiration from a wide range of genres, including techno, house, and disco. In addition to her work as a DJ, Alma Linda is also a passionate activist for intersectional feminism. She has been outspoken about the need for greater representation and inclusivity within the electronic music industry, and has used her platform to raise awareness about issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community. Her activism and artistry have earned her a loyal following among music fans around the world, and she continues to be a driving force for positive change both on and off the dance floor.

On stage shows she fuses the above with fully choreographed dances and choir performances. Through the endless variety of sounds and genres she plays, her message of boundless love shines crystal clear: in a world, where our insecurities are turned into money, loving yourself becomes a political act.
