Mysterious label AM is getting ready to unleash its fourth release. A-side contains two South-African 80’s Bubblegum tracks, revamped by young DJ and Amsterdam-based producer Perdu. He provided the tracks with delicate intros and rearranged them with new percussion, synths and deeper basslines. On the flip Afrobot delivers two kind of New Beat cuts, making the originals more abstract by some heavy chopping, reducing the amount of samples used, and adding disco breaks to the track Jungle. All in all a top shelf EP, our pick being this Perdu edit, "I Need Some Money", of a South African track from the late 80s which you'll have to guess. The record is handstamped with another drawing by Frank Koedood. Don't sleep on this one, it's gonna fly off the shelves !

Even for the Easytiiger teamwork, the real persona behind the Model Nice act is still a complete mistery - actually not a problem when the sound speaks for itself. The debut EP “Nice To Meet You” arrives with four raw dance burner gems, including a futuristic arp killer remix from the lemon-fanta guy, Pépe, for the song “Cravo Amargo”. 
Besides the rough-shaped aspect of the sound, this EP reveals a very sharp and so sophisticated production, with complex element layer works that could perfectly fit as the soundtrack for a Blade Runner microcosm built inside of a night club. "Nice To Meet You” invites you to this journey through a particular soothing world, surrounded by a complex & confessional mood without saying… well, a single word.
