The sound of https://soundcloud.com/marthavanstraaten is a patchwork of a thousand joyful days in the sun. Her fond love for colorful tunes from all over the world is the pure essence of treasures and discoveries she made on her never ending journey. While travelling she dives deep into the local culture and absorbs all the patterns, habits and sensual sensations of her surroundings, only to translate it into a multi-ethnic collage of sound. 
For this remix she teams up with Berlin-based multi-instrumentalist and DJ, https://soundcloud.com/mrux. He is something of a contradiction: at once a slow grind in sweaty ecstasy, while at the same time observing you from a distance, legs crossed, tapping one foot gently. Deceptively simple at first listen, each track is building into a complex, dirty-minded concoction of soul samples, melodies, beats and varied sounds and rhythms.

After a delay of more than half a year 
- everyone needs his/her time to be creative - 
we'd like to present to you our new free downloadable 
"Kopfüber Sampler II" !!!

It's filled with eight tracks and - as we like it - it builds a story with chilled but also driving & deep music.

As introduction you get a chilled Track by the experimental musician from Freiburg Lovvarion ( @lovvarion ). We like his collection of free downloads a lot and enjoy listening and remixing Songs from him from time to time.

It is followed by a slow & rousing track by one of our favorite live-musicians out of São Paulo, the Voodoohop member: EXZ ( @e_xz ). This one's with some nice experimental instrumental grooves and a calling to dance and enjoy the mood.

As a third member of our compilation we present you Stante Pede ( @stante-pede ), a young duo that has recently been presenting a lot of nice, deep & free tracks. We are hungry for more!

BLY aka Liam Soul's ( @liam-soul_aka_bly ) Track, filled with some great vocals, is the perfect track to enjoy mornings with. "Do not stand on my Grave, i am not there"

Next is a very deep & hypnotic groove by Vivian Hoecher ( no Soundcloud anymore ), who was also responsible for the mastering for our sampler. Thanks for that!

Knochiges Klangholz (now mikesch&Bobesch - @mikeschbobesch ), consisting of "Fuchur" & "Hans Klangholz", produce and perform live-sets with samplers, drum computers etc. This time they bring us a slow & deep trip through some reversed samples and groovy sounds.

Drums & groovy rhythms with experimental samples, some ethnic instruments and chilled sounds - this is what Mental Carnival ( @mentalcarnival ) has cooked for us, and we like it! "Ruhe" (Quiet) is a great journey! Enjoy.

As the final track of our sampler we'd like to present to you a very nice Trip-Hop Live-Musician: Calm Down ( @calmdown ). Her lovingly experimental music is full of emotions and will make you feel with it. She also released a new album, check it at her Bandcamp site: calmdownn.bandcamp.com/

Multi Culti co-founder DREEMS has nominated you to join him on a twelve-legged race through the geopolitical wilderness alongside noted matesmen Jagma, DJ OI, Von Party and a hippie from Byron called Luka

Known for his 13-minute remixes, ambient SoundCloud sleep aids, and globally-hyperconscious DJ sets, Australian wizard DREEMS joins life partner Von Party on the title track, smelting 303, dessert drones and bells in his Australian wizard’s cauldron. 

“Kamp Krusty,” meanwhile, is a collaboration with Lithuanian-Israeli nomad DJ OI that features a fat brown-snake bass line, the ambulant percussion and bleeps scatter over the groove. Dope. Bats. Oi !

Things get deeper on “That Acid From Nimbim,” as “random hippie friend” Luka provides a vocal that channels Francis Bebey via the Northern NSW coast. 

“Bilbio Bush Baby” sees DREEMS re-team with Jagma - a pairing not seen since the very first Multi Culti release - for a mate-a-thon that races past the horizon and directly into the Sydney sunset. 

Finally, Argentinean excursionist LUM offers a tranquil, early-morning rework of “Kamp Krusty” that envisions a possible future beyond the fiery culmination of the aforementioned break-of-dawn mate-a-thon.
