I wrote this song originally for Barack Obama's 1st Presidential Campaign back in 2008. At that time, our country was facing a moment in history that would be a first. Which brought a lot of controversy, adversity, and in the end, unity. Right now, in my city, St. Louis, we are facing a moment in our history that is doing just the same. A 18 year old  young man was killed in our streets..in our neighborhood for no reason by a police officer..
From that, riots, protests, and movements are taking place. This has brought out a spirit in our city that has is spreading across our country. I am not running for President or a political leader..but I am artist. God has given me the gift of song and lyric to narrate and sing for the people. This is my gift..my way of adding to our moment in history. Justice has no color..its up to everyone not just the black or the white or  St. Louisans to fight for that ..the same way we did for President Obama. And in the end we saw victory...It's "Now Or Never"...
