When I was desperately missing the dense forest and had no choice but to stay in the concrete city I visionized as if I'm in in between the forest and recorded this set. It was to get rid of my Monday Forest Blues and baaam, I mentally and musically reached in between the woods. I absolutely love how organic and beautiful the shrooms blend in the forest. They blend together perfectly yet goofily and groovily. This inspiration made me record this set and draw this artwork and here I am sharing yet another story with you guys through my 50 mins set of pure forest and dark psytrance. Enjoy, boom!

Mushroom Mischief

Shinrinyoku translates as taking a walk in the forest in Japanese. Can’t you feel yourself relaxing as you soak up all the ancient tree roots and freshness? Within this tale you'll hear an alliance share a grand pact. Gnomes, dwarves, elves, pixies, all tripped out creatures have been spotted sipping on magic potion and munching on shrooms and all have assembled on full moon for their hidden forest quests and they've reported to fairy forest - Alphacid 💿🧙🏻‍♂️🍄

ShinRinYoku 森林浴

Alphacid is the project of Jasmine, originally from North India, raised in Bombay, India & currently living in Thessaloniki, Greece. Her first musical experiences were with psychedelic rock at the age of 5 and soon discovered punk, goth, grunge and metal. One day while listening to rock and roll on Limewire, she stumbled upon G.M.S & Infected mushroom and this changed her life forever. The 13 year old little girl started to lock herself in her bedroom with lights off and hearing psychedelic trance, naturally activated in her truest element. One day on her 14th birthday, her childhood friends took her for for her first ever gig with Kindzadza playing and thats when she had her first encounter of hearing a liveact and couldn't stop exploring the psychedelic realms of music. Over time she started being frequent on the dancefloors in Goa and Pune, closeby from Bombay and got a lot of inspiration to engage with these sounds. That's when she knew she needs to explore and learn to mix psychedelic tracks into a tightly mixed djset that can activate your realest self and forget all our problems as we unite on the dancefloor.
