This one is full of feels, and that's exactly what I wanted to convey. I've always had so much respect for the original track, and therefore wanted to keep a decent amount of it intact in my remix. The xx is one of those bands that will always remind me of my time spent in Montreal. The emotions they manage to convey in their music just brings me back every time. This is the first preview of a side project I have started working on; I will soon be releasing an EP in which every track either samples the xx or is a remix of one of their tracks. It's somewhat of a side project simply because the feels I am seeking to convey are more chill out and calm, although the EP will include one track that is a little more trap-y.
Shout out to The xx and all the people who have been supporting me as of lately.
