This podcast is inspired by the gigs I’ve had since 2025 started. I played a set on new years day in Copenhagen, that really surprised me. I came in prepared, but decided to throw all that away as I entered the booth, so the set ended up being completely improvised and it was one of the best sets I ever played. When I recorded this podcast I did not plan anything, I just went with what felt right in the moment.

ALP is a Turkish queer artist based in Berlin. Coming from a musician family, ALP has always been interested in archiving music and promoting events before his journey started in Berlin. He is one of the founders of RE:VOLT Kollektiv and resident of queer techno collective, Darkroom in Istanbul. Currently, he launched TANGA with Berlin’s prominent artists and created a performance space for trans and queer individuals.

ALP effortlessly combines pulsating house and techno rhythms with intricate soundscapes, creating an enthralling auditory experience that captivates listeners from start to finish.
