This is one of the rare songs I wrote out of anger though I’m not one to hold grudges 😺 Still not capable of actually being that bitch but I can’t remember a time when I’ve been as confident as I am right now. In my head, there used to be a constant battle between wanting to understand people, having compassion and yet sticking with my boundaries to respect myself. Communication is key but it’s nothing without taking action. In the end, you can’t blame anyone else for tolerating shit. It’s quite simple, no more excuses - earn me or leave me.
