Calificado por la prensa europea como una de las expresiones más atractivas del tango electrónico,
Felino, el primer cd de Electrocutango, llega a la Argentina editado por Random Records. El álbum
trae doce temas originales y versiones de tangos de Piazzolla-Ferrer y Eladia Blázquez. Además,
cuenta con la participación especial de Julia Zenko.
El pianista y programador noruego Sverre Indris Joner se formó en la Universidad de Oslo y desde
temprano ejerció una intensa actividad tanto en la música académica como en la música popular,
con especial énfasis en el tango.
Compuso obras para teatro, cine y realizó arreglos sinfónicos de corte tanguero.
Luego formó el cuarteto Tango for 3, con el que se destacaron en la interpretación de un generoso
repertorio que fue desde Grieg hasta Troilo.
En 2003, Sverre se presentó en Noruega junto a la cantante argentina Julia Zenko y esa fue la
semilla para Electrocutango, algunas de cuyas canciones se estrenaron luego en Tanghost, el
espectáculo del bailarín argentino Pablo Verón.
Felino trae doce temas originales de Sverre Indris Joner, además de nuevas versiones de El llorón,
de Cadícamo y Radrizzani, Renaceré, de Piazzolla y Ferrer y Sin piel, de Eladia Blázquez, estos dos
con la participación especial de Julia Zenko. Felino fusiona elementos del tango tradicional con
música electrónica, un signo de los tiempos generado a partir de las nuevas tecnologías.

Felino, Electrocutango's first CD, contains twelve original tracks by Sverre Indris Joner and new
versions of tango classicals like "El Llorón" and "Cadícamo". Piazzolla and Ferrer's "Renaceré"
and Eladia Blázquez's "Sin Piel" feature the special appearence of Julia Zenko. Felino fusions
elements of traditional tango and electronic music, a sign of the new era generated by the new
technologies.
The Norwegian pianist and programmer Sverre Indris Joner went to the University of Oslo and
began early to make music, both academic and popular with emphasis on tango. He composed
themes for theatre and for cinema and arranged synphonic tango pieces. Later he formed the
quartet Tango For 3 that stood out because of the interpretation of a wide range of titles from
Grieg to Troilo. In 2003, Sverre performed together with the Argentine singer Julia Zenko
which was the beginning of Electrocutango. Some of their songs premiered in Tanghost, the
Argentine dancer Pablo Veron's play.
The album Felino is already said to be part of the collection of the best electronic tango.

alt-J are Joe Newman, Gus Unger-Hamilton and Thom Green. They returned in 2022 with their latest album, The Dream.  

alt-J are one of the most successful British bands of the millennium.
