Fueled with positive energy from so many familiar faces, the entire closing celebrations setup, this SHOELESS madness turned into one of my favourite weekends of the year.   I can't thanks Bas Engels & the entire alter ego crew enough for the euphoric times last weekend led me to and for making me and my friends feel at home & on vacation at the same time. 

This was me in power mode, scrolling through my wide collection on saturday evening to create a power session of house & weirdness to close off the shoeless chapter with a bang. Much gratitude to everyone who partied with me & overwhelmed each other with so many smiles. 

I look forward to their next chapter when they bring SMALL MATTERS to town. Hugs unders..

I had the honor of playing an unexpected 6 hour set into the sunrise during the final Shoeless Weekender in Ruigoord, in June 2016. This is about half of the total recording. The magic of the night, the morning and the beauty of the people called for something very special and that's how this was created. Since this was a spontaneous event, I had to improvise with what I had packed in my DJ bag for that weekend. Some tracks are seriously reduced in tempo and may sound a little estranged to the artist who created them -  I hope you are as cool with it, as we all were, that morning!  I am very grateful for these magical moments and all the people who came a long! Thank you to the entire wonderful Shoeless Team for making it happen! One Love.
