This is the official Facebook page for Alter Ego, a highly musical, highly adaptive outfit comprising the husband and wife team of Karen & Steve Wilson. Karen and Steve have been working together musically for nearly 20 years, and in that time have covered a vast distance both in terms of music and diversity of working situations. 
Alter Ego can perform a number of different styles of music, covering most genres from Classic Pop, Rock, Jazz, all the way through to current chart material. Whether it be a stripped-back Piano & Voice set, or a full production in sound & light, every avenue is covered-it should also be mentioned that any & all production playback is always supplied via Steve's home recording studio, no outside or imported tracks are ever used; this is in order to maintain a common musical thread, and helps Alter Ego achieve their unique sound-a sound which is complemented and enhanced by the use of only the finest sound equipment.
