[WR4 M2 BOSS!] Phase 2 ~ DEEPER SHIT

I recently filled out the 4.0 version of a deluxe tournament tierlist (will link this in a comment) that contains a multitude of different tournaments, which allowed me to settle on what I personally think is a well-rounded and varied Top 5. Some all-horror reps were skipped over to keep it interesting, shoutout to FFaF's "The Horror" and NSB's "Zalbo".

Was he with the Doctor? Did he just... appear?? I don't know what the hell happened, but we did NOT bring him in via the protocol. Did something go wrong? I just... ugh. He seems nice enough at the onset, but we're getting too many unknowns. If this keeps going, then we're going to have a serious issue with the integrity of these experiments. But...
