Alternation - Chakboom

Rockstars. Guys wearing leather pants, with booze in one hand and two girls in another (maybe one or two even sitting on their laps). So the question is are we rockstars?

We guess not. We are just a bunch of guys hanging around – doing music, but in the process – having the times of our lives. We all are Clark Kent by day – musicians by jamming hours. Crawling our ways through a tiring week, the five of us wait for a chance to Jam together – create some music – and bathe in the glories of narcissism.

We may fumble in our day-to-day activities, but when it comes to music we deliver our best. Every note has to be precise, every tune meticulous and every word of the lyrics has to appeal to the masses. No place for slackers in Alternation.

Naaah. We are just messing with you. The five of us have to be the laziest bunch of musicians in the country. Procrastination is our love, our passion and our identity. Whenever we sit to make a new song, we'd rather develop a concept for the music video, rather than write the music itself.

But like we said, its the fun part that defines music to us. We'd rather be a bunch of lazy rockers having fun, than constantly ripping our hairs off to make a song that'll be a radio hit or a top-seller.
