Biography:
Currently releasing on inU, UV Noir, Juicebox Records, Future Avenue and select upcoming labels
Shell Robinson stands at the intersection of classical training and electronic music innovation. A classically trained pianist turned house music artist, she brings a unique musicality to her productions and DJ sets that seamlessly blends technical precision with raw emotional depth.

Her journey in electronic music began in 2000 at Cleveland's "That Groovy Little Nightclub." Following the loss of her young son to a terminal illness, house music became a powerful outlet for healing and connection. Influenced by industry pioneers like Deep Dish, Digweed, Sasha, and Hernan Cattaneo, Shell developed her signature style through dedicated craftsmanship, starting with two Technics turntables and pure determination.

The early 2000s saw Shell establish herself as a resident DJ at Moda Cleveland and Amnesia Columbus, while touring nationally alongside D:FUSE, including notable performances at San Francisco's iconic 1015 Folsom and Austin's vibrant 6th Street district. Her sets are carefully curated journeys through house music's emotional landscape, known for their progressive buildups and engaging energy that resonates with audiences.

After taking time to raise her daughter while maintaining an executive career in PropTech, Shell has returned to the decks with renewed passion and fresh perspective. Her recent releases on inU and UV Noir showcase her evolution as an artist, combining her classical foundation with contemporary electronic production techniques.

Shell's sets blend technical skill with musical intuition, creating memorable experiences on the dancefloor. Her unique background as a vocalist and pianist adds layers of musicality to her productions, setting her apart in today's electronic music landscape.

This week we are staying home, and right here in Ireland's capital. As we turn our attention to more homegrown talent currently gracing the decks of the coolest clubs and promoters, please give it up for Shayfari! 

Shayfari are a Dublin based duo and Resident DJs of the Mareah Collective. 
Starting out almost a year ago, they have featured in lineups at Index, Lost Lane, and Tengu in Irelands Capital.

Finding a love for Progressive music, they construct their sets to provoke an emotive response in the listener and take them on a journey. 

Influenced by labels such as Hooj Choons, The Purr, Rynth, and Bonzai Progressive, their sound ranges from eerie, dark progressive to playful, groovy melodic. Bringing you a blend of warm bass and percussive sounds, Shayfari are guaranteed to keep you dancing.
